Primera visita
Su cita inicial consistirá en una consulta explicando sus diagnóstico y opciones de tratamiento. De vez en cuando, la cirugía puede realizarse el mismo día de la consulta. sin embargo, un historial médico complejo o un plan de tratamiento puede requerir una evaluación y una segunda cita para proporcionar tratamiento en otro día. Por favor nos ayude proporcionando la siguiente información en el momento de su consulta:
- Your surgical referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
- Una lista de medicamentos que esté tomando actualmente.
- If you have dental insurance, llevar los necesarios formularios completados. Esto ahorra tiempo y nos permiten ayudar a procesar las reclamaciones.
IMPORTANTE: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
A preoperative consultation and physical examination is mandatory for patients undergoing IV anesthesia for surgery. Please have nothing to eat or drink eight hours prior to your surgery. You will also need an adult to drive you home.

X-Rays
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary they can be taken at our facility.
